Welcome to StreetLuma (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StreetLuma website, digital billboard services, and all related platforms, tools, and offerings (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using StreetLuma, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use StreetLuma only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to submit or promote content involving:
Smoking, tobacco, vaping, or e-cigarettes
Violence or threats
Nudity, sexual content, or vulgarity
Hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or political messaging
Alcohol (unless pre-approved and compliant with local regulations)
Illegal, misleading, or deceptive claims
Copyrighted or unlicensed material
We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these standards or is deemed harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
2. Campaign Scheduling and Delivery
Billboard playtimes, frequency, and availability are subject to third-party network operations. While StreetLuma strives to deliver campaigns promptly and accurately, specific display times cannot be guaranteed.
Proof-of-play assets (screenshots, photos, or videos) are provided after campaign delivery.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in full at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD. Taxes or fees may apply depending on location and payment method.
StreetLuma uses secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Square, and PayPal. We do not store your financial information.
4. Content Submission
You are responsible for ensuring you own, or have permission to use, all submitted content including images, logos, branding, and messaging. By submitting content, you grant StreetLuma a non-exclusive license to display your ad on digital screens as part of your purchased campaign.
5. No Guarantees of Specific Results
StreetLuma does not guarantee sales, traffic, conversions, specific impressions, or performance metrics. Outdoor advertising depends on audience behavior, location, time, weather, and other external factors.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
