Refund Policy

StreetLuma aims to provide smooth, high-quality campaign delivery. Due to the nature of digital billboard scheduling, all sales are considered final once a campaign has been submitted for processing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • A campaign fails to run due to a verified system error

  • StreetLuma determines the issue was caused by network failure

  • Duplicate charges occurred

  • The customer cancels before content preparation begins

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with creative design

  • Scheduling preferences (exact times cannot be guaranteed)

  • Delays caused by incorrect or unapproved content

  • Violations of content policies

  • Completed campaigns

  • Third-party platform issues outside our control

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before their design has been created or before scheduling has begun.
Once content is approved and queued, campaigns cannot be canceled or refunded.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
