What is StreetLuma?

StreetLuma is a modern digital billboard service that lets you display your message, photo, or brand on real urban billboards—without long contracts or complicated advertising dashboards. Everything is done for you, including artwork, scheduling, and proof-of-play.

Where are the billboards located?

Billboards are available in multiple major cities. During checkout, you’ll specify the city and state where you want your billboard displayed.

How long will my billboard be shown?

It depends on the package you choose. We offer 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, and full-month daily campaigns. Each includes multiple display cycles per day, ensuring strong visibility.

Booking & Uploading

How do I book a billboard?

  1. Choose your package.

  2. Select your city/state.

  3. Complete checkout.

  4. Upload your photo/message using our Upload Form.

  5. We design your ad, schedule the display, and send a mockup preview before it goes live.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. You can upload an existing design, or we can create one for you at no extra cost.

What if I don’t upload the file after checkout?

Your order will be placed on hold, and you won’t lose your spot. We’ll follow up so your design can be completed and scheduled.

Designs & Requirements

What are the design requirements?

You may upload:

  • Photos (JPG/PNG)

  • Graphics or text

  • Brand logos (optional)

We’ll format everything to fit the screen.

Are there content restrictions?

Yes. We cannot display:

  • Nudity

  • Violence

  • Smoking

  • Vulgarity

  • Hate speech

  • Illegal content

  • Alcohol

  • Copyrighted images without permission

Can I include multiple photos or text?

Yes. We can combine everything into a single layout that fits the billboard’s format.

Scheduling & Proof-of-Play

When will my billboard run?

After you approve the mockup, your display will be scheduled within your chosen date range. Availability varies by city.

Can I choose the exact time it appears?

We schedule your content to run multiple times throughout the day. Exact timestamps will vary based on screen rotation.

Do I get proof that my billboard was shown?

Yes. Every package includes a proof-of-play report, which shows timestamps of when your ad appeared.

Will I get a mockup before it goes live?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a digital mockup showing how your design will appear on the billboard.

Pricing & Payments

Are there extra fees?

No. All packages include design, scheduling, placement, and proof-of-play.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available before your ad is designed or scheduled. Once artwork and scheduling are completed, campaigns are non-refundable.

Do you offer subscription plans?

Yes! We offer recurring monthly plans for brands that want consistent, consistent visibility.

Custom Requests

Can I run my ad in multiple cities?

Yes. You can add multiple locations during checkout or create separate orders for each city.

Can I request a rush design?

Yes. If you need same-day or next-day design, we offer rush upgrades when available.
